This headset adapter changes the existing pad that sits ON your ear, to a Gaming Style ear pad that goes AROUND your ear, Taking pressure off your ear and allowing your ear to rest naturally inside the ear pad!
This kit includes the Adapter with pre-installed 3m adhesive tape, and a Leatherette ear pad. For those with sweaty ears or live in warmer climates or are extra sweaty, there is an option for a Cooling Gel ear pad.
Blueparrott Headset not included, this is an adapter to change the ear pad.
